Transpersonal Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that explores the spiritual and transcendent aspects of human existence. The aim is to offer a greater sense of meaning and purpose and move closer to self-actualization and realization. We will incorporate narrative therapy, journaling, dreamwork, mediation, guided imagery, and breathwork. The intention is to access deeper parts of your psyche. The transpersonal approach is holistic and takes into consideration the whole person, mind, body and spirit—rather than just the mental health challenges independently.
