Gay Lynn’s father was a firefighter. She was aware of the dangers of his job from a young age. After witnessing her dad’s stress following numerous fire and ambulance calls and seeing the tragedies from house fires, he put a fire axe behind her bedroom door and taught her how to use it in case of a fire at home. The family had to work through numerous accidents and traumas together. Gay Lynn provides therapy to firefighters and their families. She is listed with Redline Rescue.
